What to expect around article 6 during cop29

The objective of this webinar was to emphasize that Article 6 trading does and should be conducted in parallel to voluntary and compliance carbon markets. The discussion was around what the current state of play is regarding Article 6 trading and what can be expected in the future in terms of decision-making around Article 6 trading to showcase that the trading of carbon emissions under Article 6 of the Paris Agreement must happen alongside the market- driven generation and sale of carbon credits following the ‘using all the tools in the toolbox’ mentality.
